"Sega brings us the first Viking genre game on the 360, and they did a fairly nice job with it. You play as Skarin, a Viking given immortality by the Gods in order to fight against Hel and here Legion army. The game has a strategy feel along with the standard hack and slash style gameplay that provides just enough variety not to get overly repetitive at any point."

Overall: Viking: Battle for Asgard is a great game! Easy to learn controls, awesome battles - Great Finishing moves! Achievements are enjoyable!! Visuals are great - Ginourmous battle fields are fun to explore. Upgrades keep the game interesting. No online mode is a little disappointing.
Story is good and it is a great action game - not to many viking games, which keeps the game unique and satisfying. This game is perfect for a long weekend on Hard difficulty!!

Bottom line - Rent this game!!
